Ranchi: 3 of family electrocuted while hoisting tricolour

Locals said they were electrocuted as the flag post touched the high-tension overhead wire, running close to the terrace of the Arsande rice mill bound house of Vijay Jha under the Kanke police station area of Ranchi district.
